Health Tradition Health Plan offers a comprehensive PPO provider network featuring Mayo Health System providers in Western Wisconsin as well as access to Mayo Clinic for self-funded clients. Included in the Health Tradition network are providers in 12 Wisconsin counties and several locations in Southeast Minnesota and Northeast Iowa. This provider network features more than 800 providers, 17 hospitals and over 58,000 pharmacies through the SXC network.
