What's your next step?
Missed the March 31 deadline?
You may apply for an enrollment extension
If you started to enroll online at HealthCare.gov but didn’t finish before March 31, you may still complete your application after logging back in and requesting an extension.
You may also contact the marketplace call center at 1-800-318-2596. The staff can help you complete your enrollment over the phone. Be sure to tell the representative that you’ve been trying to enroll. TTY users, please call 1-855-889-4325.
There are additional situations that would allow you to enroll after the March 31 deadline. One is if you lose your job and with it your job-based health insurance coverage. Ask us or one of our agents for details.
