Health Tradition Health Plan is a managed care organization that offers access to Mayo Health System providers in 12 western Wisconsin counties and several locations in southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa. This provider network features more than 800 providers, 17 hospitals and over 58,000 pharmacies through the SXC network.
