Health Tradition Health Plan Specialty Drug List 2012
Effective January 1, 2012, for some Health Tradition Health Plan Premier, Premier Plus and 65Plus benefit plans,
Health Tradition will be requiring that certain Specialty Prescription Drugs, including some self-administered
injectable medications, be obtained through a Mayo Clinic Health System Franciscan Healthcare pharmacy.
