Breathe Easier. We are Here to Help.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 1 in 13 Americans have asthma, with asthma accounting for 9.8 million doctor’s office visits, 188,968 discharges from hospital inpatient care and 1.8 million emergency department visits each year.
If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with asthma by a healthcare provider, these numbers can be quite overwhelming and stressful. That is why WEA Trust has a Care Management program to help members monitor their asthma.1
Our clinically proven program combines the ease of automated mobile messages with a team of accessible and supportive WEA Trust Care Management staff to track and support your lung health.
